අරලිය හරිත මව්බිම 2023​ - Dudley Sirisena

As we welcomed the dawn of the new year in 2023, my son Dimitra and I embarked on a meaningful initiative to contribute to the environmental well-being of our community. Organizing under the ‘අරලිය හරිත මව්බිම’ program in collaboration with මනුසත් දෙරණ, we distributed five thousand valuable plants, including coconuts and mangoes, to be planted in the gardens of our dedicated staff members.

This endeavor not only aims to enhance the greenery around us but also fosters a sense of environmental consciousness among our team. We believe in the profound impact that each planted seed can have on the future landscape of our beautiful country.

In addition to our environmental efforts, the social care foundation of our institution has allocated a significant amount of nearly five million rupees. This funding was directed towards providing school equipment and books, distributed free of charge, nurturing the hopes and dreams of the future flowers of our nation.

This dual initiative, combining environmental sustainability and educational support, reflects our commitment to building a brighter and greener future for Sri Lanka. Together, we aspire to inspire positive change and leave a lasting impact on the generations to come.
